Coriander And Cumin Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons ground cumin
    2 tablespoons ground coriander
    1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1 tablespoon coarse kosher salt (not table salt)
    2 tablespoons garlic, minced
    2 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and rub onto meat.
    Place in a zipper-locking plastic bag . Squeeze out air and refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
    Note: Slash your meat in a cross-hatch pattern for deeper flavor penetration prior to slathering on the rub.
