Japanese Peanut Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup canola oil
    6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    6 green onions, sliced fine
    1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
    1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
    Shake well to combine.
    Store in refrigerator until use.
