West Indian Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups coconut
    5 cups self-raising flour
    2 cups raw sugar
    1 egg
    125 g melted butter
    600 ml milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/2 tablespoon clove powder
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together and make a well.
    Whisk eggs lightly and add to milk and butter.
    Mix into flour mixture, dont overmix.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf tins.
    Bake in preheated 180 Degrees C oven for 45 minutes.
