1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
16 ounces ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 cup grape tomatoes
8 ounces Baby Spinach or 8 ounces arugula
1 small green bell pepper
2 green onions, sliced
6 -8 naan bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450. Mix the tomato paste, ricotta and garlic and spread evenly over the Naan bread. Top with the remaining ingredients and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
