Low Carb Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef or 2 lbs ground pork, browned
    1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese or 1 lb cheese, of your choice
    1 (12 ounce) jar pizza sauce
    OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
    mushroom
    pepperoni
    bell pepper
    tomatoes, etc
Preparation
    Take your browned burger (personally I love pork burger because it is a tad sweeter) and layer it in the bottom of a casserole pan. Next add your pizza sauce, then layer with cheese and add your toppings. Bake at 350\u00b0F until your cheese is melted, approximately 30 minutes.
