Moroccan Baked Cabbage And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, quartered
    3 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon cumin
Preparation
    Pre-heat the oven to 350.
    Boil the cabbage in a large pot for about 5 minutes. Drain and put the pieces in a lightly greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the cabbage. Bake for about 20 minutes and serve.
