Great Crustless Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup fresh crab
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning (more to taste)
salt and pepper
1 pinch dill, on top each quiche
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350*.
In medium bowl, mix eggs, cheese, milk and crab. Add seasonings. Spray a large muffin pan with oil. Pour egg mixture into the pan. Top each quiche with a pinch of dill. Bake for 35 minutes.
