Hunter'S Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 teaspoons butter
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons minced onions
1/3 cup white wine
1/2 cup chopped tomato
3 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Preparation

Melt butter in 10 inch skillet.
Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
Fry for 3 minutes.
Add onion, fry 1 more minute.
Add wine.
Cook on high 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, cook 5 minutes.
Mix water and cornstarch, add to skillet stirring until bubbly.
