Heirloom Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup unbleached flour
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 cup pitted dates, chopped
    1 cup raisins
    2 cups buttermilk
    1/2 cup molasses
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix all ingredients in order written. Let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour.
    Preheat oven to 350F and grease a large loaf pan. Pour bread mix into pan and bake 45-50 minutes.
