Moroccan Spiced Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
    1 pinch clove
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon white pepper (or use 2 tsp of ground mixed pepper)
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 teaspoons ground cardamom
    1 pinch cayenne
    1 pinch cumin
    1 pinch turmeric
    1 pinch sea salt
    8 lamb rib chops
    2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
Preparation
    in a small bowl combine spices.
    sprinkle on both sides of lamb chops, save the rest for another dish.
    heat oil in skillet, add lamb and cook 5-10 minutes per side for med rare to medium.
