Creamy Apple-Bacon Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cooked bacon, slices crumbled
16 ounces shredded Coleslaw
1 Granny Smith apples, thin matchstick sliced
Preparation

Cook the bacon, cool and crumble.
Mix all the ingredients except the coleslaw and apple.
Add the apple and coleslaw, toss to coat.
Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
