Traditional Portuguese Piri Piri Sauce For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tablespoons lemon juice
    5 tablespoons olive oil
    1/4 cup vinegar (balsamic gives an excellent flavour)
    1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon paprika
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon chili flakes
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.
    Brush on chicken before barbecuing (or baking in oven @ 350 \u00b0F for 1.25 hours WITHOUT opening the door during during entire cooking process.) It helps the flavour if you marinate the chicken for a few hours prior to cooking!
