Crock Pot Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1/2 cup raw rice (long grain)
    1/2 cup scallion, chopped
    1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 egg
    1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
    2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
Preparation
    In mixing bowl combine ground beef, rice, scallion, green pepper, pepper.
    Shape meat mixture into 24 meatballs, about 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
    Place meatballs in crock pot.
    Pour soup over meatballs.
    Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7-8 hours.
