Finnish Horseradish Cream (Salad Dressing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    300 ml low-fat creme fraiche
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    2 tablespoons grated horseradish (fresh or preserved)
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir - don't beat as it gets runny and too milky.
    Serve as you want and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
