Rossini Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ounce strawberry, puree
    3 ounces chilled prosecco
    1 fresh strawberry, sliced, to garnish
Preparation
    Pour strawberry puree into a chilled champagne glass, and top with prosecco.
    Garnish glass with fresh strawberry.
