Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Dry
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    Wet
    1/3 cup avocado, mashed
    1 cup banana, mashed
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon ground flax seed
    3 tablespoons cold water
    1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
    1 tablespoon hot water
    1/4 cup honey or 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preparation
    Combine all dry and wet ingredients separately. Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughly.
    Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour in a greased loaf pan.
