Hot Hamburger Dip Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 can chile
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon garlic
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon sugar
    3/4 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 cup ketchup
Preparation
    Fry up the meat and drain the fat.
    Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 1 hour, stirring often, adding some water if needed.
