Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups white sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup poppy seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Spray Pam and flour two 9x5 loaf pans.
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add vanilla, milk, eggs and oil. Beat for 5 minutes with an electric mixer. Stir in the poppy seeds. Pour batter into loaf pans.
    Bake for 1 hour. Cool on wire racks.
