Cointreau Fruit Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups cranberry juice
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups fresh orange juice
1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1 3/4 cups Cointreau liqueur (optional) or 1 3/4 cups orange liqueur (optional)
1 cup ginger ale
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Preparation

Freeze half the cranberry juice in ice cube trays or a gelatin ring -- if adding to a punch bowl.
. , combine remaining fruit juices and chill. Just before serving, add cranberry ice cubes, Cointreau and ginger ale. Garnish with lemon slices.
