Barros Luco (Chilean Beef Steak Sandwich) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb beef steak
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped )
1 teaspoon cumin
2 small aji panca chilies (finely chopped )
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 slices bread
salt and pepper (to taste )
2 slices monterey jack cheese
Preparation

Grill steak to medium rare or as desired.
Combine all ingredients like a sandwich and grill on griddle.
Serve cut into bite-sized morsels.
