Easy Faux Creme Brulee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups milk, cold
    1 cup half-and-half
    2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding mix
    1/4 cup brown sugar (more ok if needed)
Preparation
    Pour milk and half and half into mixing bowl and add pudding mix.
    Whisk until slightly thickened.
    Pour into large baking dish and sprinkle brown sugar evenly on top.
    Broil until sugar melts and bubbles.
    Chill until sugar top hardens (not long).
