Italian Meatball Subs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
FOR THE SAUCE
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup beef broth
1/3 cup water
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation

Make meatballs by combining eggs, and milk, add breadcrumbs, cheese and seasoning then add the meats.
Mixwell, and shape into 1 inch balls, broil or saute until brown, and put into slow cooker.
Combine sauce ingredients, and pour over meatballs.
Cover, and cook 4-6 hours.
Serve on rolls with creamy red potatoes, salad, or dessert.
