Itty Bitty Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons butter, softened
    6 tablespoons sugar
    1 egg
    6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/8 teaspoon baking soda
    7 teaspoons buttermilk
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/8 1/8 teaspoon almond extract or 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract (or your favorite flavor)
Preparation
    In bowl, cream butter and sugar,then beat in egg.
    In seperate bowl, combine dry ingredients, then add to butter mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
    Add flavorings/extracts, and pour into greased mini-loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until cake tests done.
    Cool for 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan.
