Ingredients

1 ciabatta, loaf cut crosswise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 havarti cheese, slices
2 cups green cabbage, torn
1 cup fresh basil, torn
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
1 small pablano chili, finely diced
1 pickle, cut lengthwise
1/3 cup black olives, chopped
4 slices tomatoes
1/3 cup white onion, chopped
Preparation

Cut each section of the ciabatta bread in half, lengthwise, and toast them.
Evenly distribute the dijon mustard, cheese, and vegetables on each sandwhich. The vegetables should be layered in the order they are given in the list if ingredrients.
