Very Quick Homemade Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1/4 ounce) package yeast
    1 cup warm water
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 egg (beaten)
    2 tablespoons oil
    2 1/4 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, water and sugar together. Let sit for a few minutes until yeast bubbles a bit. Add beaten egg, oil, flour and salt. Mix with mixer on low speed. Let rise 15 minutes. Spoon ino greased muffin tins, let rise again, about 15-20 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until browned. Makes 12 rolls. Serve with butter and enjoy!
