One-Step Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 refrigerated pie crust, fluted
    1/4 cup finely chopped vidalia onion
    1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
    1 cup frozen chopped spinach
    1 cup whole milk
    3 eggs
    1 cup swiss cheese, diced
    1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese, cut in 1/2-inch squares
    1/2 lb fresh crabmeat, picked over
Preparation
    Line a pie plate with pie crust.
    In a large bowl, whisk thoroughly 3 eggs.
    Add and mix together all other items listed above, except crabmeat.
    Lastly, stir in gently the crabmeat and pour into the pie dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0F for 1 hour.
    Remove; dust with Old Bay seasoning and serve at table in 5 minutes.
