Spring Fling Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    45 ml gin
    15 ml apple liqueur
    45 ml red grapefruit juice
    10 ml lemon juice
    3 lychees (& a dash syrup)
Preparation
    Muddle all fruit & lychee syrup in a cocktail shaker then add all ingredients with ice.
    Shake and fine strain in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thin wedge of apple.
