Peach Cobbler Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    4 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3 large peaches, peeled and diced
    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Topping
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons butter, cold
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease 12 count muffin pan.
    In a medium size bowl combine egg, sour cream, milk, vanilla, and oil. Mix well. Stir in peaches.
    In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Add peach mixture and stir until just moistened. Fill muffin cups.
    In a seperate bowl combine topping ingredients using a pastry cutter. Sprinkle the topping over the batter.
    Bake 30-35 minutes.
