Baked Oatmeal Snack Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1/2 cup walnut pieces, chopped
    3/4 cup mashed banana
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1 1/4 cups skim milk
    1 eggs or 1 egg substitute
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    1.\tPreheat oven to 350*.
    2.\tMix dry ingredients.
    3.\tMix wet ingredients.
    4.\tPour wet into dry. Stir to combine.
    5.\tPour into a 9x9 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.
    6.\tBake for 40 minutes.
    7.\tCut into 9 squares.
