Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 cup oil
    1/3 cup water
    2 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup pumpkin (canned version is best)
Preparation
    Sift together all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
    Mix together all the wet ingredients (oil, water, eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin).
    Stir wet ingredients into the flour.
    Bake in greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350.
