Goat Cheese And Spinach Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 cup diced red onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 bunches fresh spinach, stemmed, -chopped
    2 ounces soft fresh goat cheese
    1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
    3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
    1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    4 frozen phyllo pastry sheets, -thawed
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, -melted
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and.
    saute 5 minutes. Increase heat to high. Add spinach and saute until.
    wilted, about 5 minutes. Drain spinach mixture, press to release all the liquid. Transfer to bowl,cool completely.
