Cilantro Rice And Black Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    2 cups canned black beans
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 cups packed cilantro leaves
    2 garlic cloves
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Puree Cilantro, garlic, olive oil, and 1/8 t salt in food processor.
    Combine \"pesto\" with remaining ingredients in microwavable bowl.
    Microwave on high 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
