Pasquale Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fine ground beef
    1 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon chili powder
    1/4 cup oil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 cups peeled chopped tomatoes
    3/4 cup chicken broth
    1/4 cup red wine
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
Preparation
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chili powder. Form into quite small sized meatballs.
    Heat oil in frypan, brown meatballs, add onion and garlic. When browned, add tomatoes, chicken broth, wine and tomato paste. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve over thin spaghetti al dente.
    Top with parmesan cheese.
