Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs potatoes
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon seasoning salt
    1 tablespoon minced onion
Preparation
    Wash and chop or wedge potatoes.
    line a 2 quart casserole dish with foil.
    put in the oil.
    add potatoes and mix with the oil.
    top with seasoning salt and onion
    bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until done.
