Hill Country Peach Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 9-inch deep dish pie crust
    4 1/2 cups fresh sliced peaches (about 5)
    3 eggs
    1/3 cup milk
    1 cup sugar
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add the sugar and milk and beat well.
    Add the peaches and stir.
    Pour into the pie crust and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn oven down to 375\u00b0 and bake for another 45-55 minutes, or until tests clean.
