Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup light corn syrup
    1 cup butter
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup nuts
    8 quarts popped corn
Preparation
    in a small saucepan, combine sugar, syrup and butter. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    stir in baking soda, salt, vanilla and nuts. Pour over popcorn. Mix well.
    bake @ 225 degrees F for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
