Grandma'S Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 pork chops, bone in
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons water
1 dash paprika
3 medium onions
Preparation

Cut onions into chunks and boil for 10 minutes.
salt and pepper chops and place in large baking dish.
cover chops with onions.
combine all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
pour mixture over chops and onions.
bake at 375 degrees for an hour.
