Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup cooked carrot, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F.
Mix together all the ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 inch square dish.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
