Chilled Cajun Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined (the larger the better)
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    lime wedge (to garnish)
Preparation
    toss shrimp with lime juice.
    in small bowl mix seasonings.
    sprinkle seasonings on shrimp and toss to coat.
    spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat to medium heat.
    add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or so until shrimp are pink.
    place into serving dish and chill covered for at least 1 hour.
    garnish with lime wedges if desired.
