Carnival Punch Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar syrup
5 teaspoons mango juice
5 teaspoons pineapple juice, pressed
2 teaspoons apricot liqueur
2 teaspoons white rum
4 basil leaves, torn
3 ice cubes
2/3 cup ginger beer
Preparation

Place all the ingredients, in a cocktail shaker, with ice, shake well and strain into a sling glass.
Top up with ginger beer and garnish with a pineapple leaf to serve.
