Shrimp Stir Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
3 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushroom stems and pieces
2 tablespoons minced garlic, divided
3 tablespoons kikkoman stir-fry sauce
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Saute shrimp in olive oil and 1 TBSP of garlic in large skillet until almost done. Remove from pan to another dish.
Add onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, and remaining garlic to the skillet and cook until tender (add more oil if necessary).
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until done, add stir fry sauce to the skillet.
Serve over rice.
