Iced Coffee Frappe By Deborah Madison - Vegan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup strong coffee or 1 cup espresso
    1/2 cup soymilk
    1/3 cup soft silken tofu
    3 ice cubes
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon brown sugar or 1 1/2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute, brown sugar blend
Preparation
    Combine everything in a blender and puree until smooth.
