Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup pineapple chunk
    1/2 medium green pepper, cubed
    1/2 cup white vinegar (may use apple cider as well)
    1/4 cup dark brown sugar
    3/4 cup pineapple juice
    1 tablespoon molasses (like Grandma's or Brer Rabbit brand)
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup cold water
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in saucepan and simmer over low heat.
    Right before serving, mix the cornstarch and water.
    Bring sauce to a boil and stirring constantly, pour in cornstarch mixture.
    Boil for 2 minutes.
    May add a few drops of red food coloring for that chinese restaurant red color.
