Apple Carrot And Yogurt Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup carrot, shredded
    1 small granny smith apple, diced
    100 ml fat-free lemon yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 pinch brown sugar
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    2 teaspoons orange juice
    ground black pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Combine the carrots and apple in a bowl.
    In a seperate bowl, combine and whip the yogurt, mustard, sugar, lemon juice and orange juice.
    Add dressing to the salad and mix well.
    Season with black pepper.
    Enjoy!
