Pineapple Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

250 g cream cheese
approx half a 425g can pineapple chunk
Preparation

Place a few pieces of pineapple and a little of the juice in the blender until well diced.
Cut up the cream cheese and place it into the blender with the half tin of pineapple pieces ( be careful not to add too much of the juices all at once).
Add juice and/or more pineapple until desired consistency is obtained.
Serve cold.
