Stove Top Pinto Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
Preparation

in a skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper over medium until meat is no longer pink.
drain.
add the beans, tomatoes, salt and mustard.
mix well.
simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes or until thickened.
