Cheesy Chicken Pasta Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ounces spaghetti noodles, uncooked
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons butter
    3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
    1/3 cup green onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
Preparation
    Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
    Meanwhile in a large skillet, saute garlic in butter.
    Add chicken, onions and seasonings; cook uncovered for 5-8 minutes or until juices run clearn in chicken.
    Stir in cream and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 4-5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
    Drain spaghetti and toss with chicken mixture.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
