Russian Rocks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1 cup butter
    3 eggs
    2 3/4 cups sifted flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon clove
    1 lb seeded raisins
    1 lb shelled pecans
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add well beaten eggs and mix dry ingredients alternately.
    Add vanilla.
    Drop from spoon on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
