Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

With a paddle attachment cream the cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add butter, and continue beating until smooth and well blended.
Sift in confectioners' sugar, and continue beating until smooth.
Add vanilla, and stir to combine.
