Chocolate Chip Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 over ripe bananas
    1 egg
    3/4 cup white sugar or 3/4 cup sugar substitute
    1 teaspoon baking soda, dissolved in
    30 ml water
    1/2 cup margarine
    2 cups flour
    1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
    Spray loaf pan with Pam or other non stick spray.
    Mash bananas with fork. You want a few lumps. Beat in egg and sugar until creamy with a few banana chuncks.
    Dissolve baking soda in water and add to banana mixture.
    Melt margarine. Allow to cool.
    Add flour and margarine to banana mixture. Stir. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed. Pour into loaf pan.
    Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
